2. Service Fees and Payment

Planning fees are due upon service confirmation. Additional costs for bookings, tours, and accommodations are separate. All fees are non-refundable once planning work begins, except where legally required.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, valid documentation, and timely responses. You are responsible for passport validity, visa requirements, and travel insurance coverage.

4. Liability Limitations

We act as consultants and booking agents. We are not liable for supplier cancellations, weather delays, political situations, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Cancellation Policy

Service cancellations must be in writing. Refund eligibility depends on work completed and supplier policies. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for trip protection.

6. Intellectual Property

Custom itineraries and travel guides are proprietary materials licensed for your personal use only. Commercial redistribution is prohibited.
